Severe mental disabilities that prevent them from applying safety instructions.

Medical equipment required during the flight must be pre-approved by Kenya Airways at least 24 hours before departure.
Mobility devices used by passengers can be carried free of charge, subject to restrictions (see below).

The Unaccompanied Minor’s parent or legal guardian must fill out, sign, and submit an Unaccompanied Minor Form and an Indemnity Form.
Young Passengers (child passengers aged 15 – 17 years) will be charged a UMNR handling fee on international flights (not on domestic flights). The Young Passenger’s parent or legal guardian is required to fill out, sign, and submit an Indemnity Form before traveling.

Passengers beyond 36 weeks of pregnancy and those who have delivered within the last 7 days will not be accepted.

The pregnancy duration in weeks.
The nature of pregnancy: single, multiple, high-risk, etc.
Complications, if any.
Any other relevant information.
Points to remember
The doctor’s letter will not be treated as a clearance certificate—it will guide the medical team at Kenya Airlines to assess the passenger’s fitness to fly.
If taking a return journey, the flight must be within the 32- or 36-week limit or the journey will not be accepted.
Non-self-supporting passengers must be accompanied by a passenger who can perform the required functions.
