To make online flight ticket reservations on Asiana Airlines:

The Book a Trip tab will open by default 

2. Enter/select the city names and your trip details

Asiana Airlines Domestic Booking 

If you’re making a domestic flight reservation within Korea:

• You can book online via FlyAsiana.com (or the mobile app) from 361 days to 30 minutes before your flight’s departure. 
• Your ticket’s validity is 1 year from the departure date. 
• You must pay for your ticket at the time of booking. 
• Once paid, the fuel surcharge cannot be refunded.
  

Useful Information for Domestic Passengers

If you’re making an online booking on a domestic flight with Korea:

• You can book for up to 9 passengers (adults, children, and infants).
• Children, infants, pregnant women, and passengers with disabilities are entitled to receive special assistance. 

If You’re Flying on a Domestic Codeshare Airline Flight

If you’re flying on a domestic codeshare airline flight operated by Air Busan:

• Check for individual discounts before booking. 
• You can make an online booking up to 30 minutes before departure for an Air Busan codeshare flight.

Discounted Domestic Fares

• Always check the eligibility criteria, discount details, and the necessary paperwork when booking a discounted fare. 
• If you have availed of a special discount when booking your ticket through Asiana Airlines’ website, you must present the documentary evidence at the check-in counter before boarding your flight. If you’re not carrying it, you will have to pay the difference between the discount and the normal fare. 
• Asiana Airlines will not retroactively apply any discount after you board your flight.
• Regular fares cannot be combined with discounted internet fares.

Discounted Domestic Fares for Passengers with Disabilities

• Discounts on Asiana Airlines flights. Passengers with a 1-3 level disability are entitled to a 50% discount on the regular fare and a 30% discount with a 4-6 level disability. An accompanying caregiver (only one) is entitled to a 50% discount of the regular adult fare only if accompanying a passenger with a 1-3 level disability. The same discount levels apply to children with disabilities.
• The discounts on Air Busan codeshare flights. Passengers with a 1-3 level disability are entitled to a 30% discount on the regular fare and a 10% discount with a 4-6 level disability. Child passengers with a 1-3 level disability are entitled to a 50% discount, 30% discount with a 4-6 level disability. An accompanying caregiver for passengers with a 1-3 level disability (adult or child) is entitled to a 30% discount.

• You can book your ticket online via FlyAsiana.com from 361 days – 2 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time. 
• Your ticket’s validity will vary depending on your fare conditions. 
• If the name on your boarding pass is not an exact match to the name on your passport, you may be denied boarding.

Asiana Airlines Seat Reservation for Disabled Passengers

Asiana Airlines offers a number of services for passengers with physical or health-related disabilities.

If you have specific seat requirements due to a physical or health-related disability, Asiana Airlines will not charge you for making a seat reservation. Plus, you’re entitled to a few special services. 

Asiana Airlines offers the following types of disability-related services:

• For visually- or hearing-impaired passengers 
  • Asiana will help passengers from the check-in process to immigration.
  • The only condition is that such passengers must be able to walk, eat, and take care of their personal business without third-party help. 
  • A guardian must be available at the arrival/departure to assist the passenger.
• For wheelchair passengers
  • Passengers who have difficulty in walking due to old age or injury will be provided with wheelchairs and electric vehicles at Incheon Airport.
