Yes, you can postpone your flight by up to 90 days if a close family member dies (such as a spouse, children, parent/grandparent, brother/sister). AirAsia will issue a 90-day refund in the form of a Credit Account. The amount of refund will be limited to the unutilized part of your ticket minus any non-refundable charges. To request a refund, you must contact AirAsia’s customer support team and submit a copy of the death certificate along with a proof of relationship document.
