Yes, Bangkok Airways does weight carry-on baggage. The weight of your carry-on bag must not exceed 11lb/5kg, regardless of your booking class. The size of the carry-on bag must not exceed 50 x 36 x 23cm (19 x 14 x 9in) on ATR72 aircraft and 56 x 36 x 23cm (22 x 14 x 9in) on Airbus 319/320 aircraft.
Bangkok Airways does not specify a weight limit for the personal carry-on item (purse or laptop). However, both your carry-on baggage items must fit either in your overhead bin or under your front seat.

If your checked baggage is delayed or missing, you must inform the Baggage Service Desk at the airport immediately. You will be given a reference number with which you can trace your bag or file a claim. If you’ve already left the airport, you must report the issue by email to
centralbaggagetracing@bangkokair.com.
After filing your report, you can either call the Bangkok Airways Baggage Service Desk where you filed the report or track it online.
If your baggage is still missing after 5 days, you will need to fill out a Baggage Claims Questionnaire form (BCQ) and submit it to centralbaggagetracing@bangkokair.com.
If your baggage arrives in a damaged condition, you must file a report with the Baggage Service Desk within 7 days of receiving the bag. Your bag will be examined by a staff member and you will be given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a number. You can use this number to file your claim later if you wish. However, you must have the following documents available with you:

● A copy of your passport or ID tag

If you’re traveling with extra baggage, you can pay your baggage fee online when you purchase your ticket or later through Manage My Booking. You can also pay by phone, through a Bangkok Airways ticketing office, or physically at the airport (costliest).
