Air France Military Baggage Allowance
The Air France carry-on baggage policy allows you to carry 1 or 2 hand baggage items, plus 1 personal accessory item, depending on your travel class. Passengers travelling on Economy Class fares are allowed 1 hand baggage item plus 1 accessory bag, with a combined weight not exceeding 26lb/12kg.
Passengers travelling on Premium Economy, Business, and First Class (La Première) are entitled to carry 2 hand baggage items plus 1 accessory bag, subject to a combined weight of up to 40lb/18kg.
The hand baggage’s size must not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 25cm, and that of the accessory bag must not exceed 40cm x 30cm x 15cm.
If your baggage is lost, delayed, or missing, you must report it immediately at the AIR FRANCE KLM Baggage Service counter at the airport. You will be asked to fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), after which you will be given a file number through which you can trace your bag(s) or file a claim.
If you’ve left the airport, you must inform Air France online (or through the mobile app), but no later than 48 hours after arrival.
