Bangkok Airways Cancellation Policy

Bangkok Airways Cancellation Policy

The Bangkok Airways cancellation policy has been revised and the COVID-19 cancellation fee waivers have been withdrawn. Under the COVID-19 travel waivers (now over), you were allowed to postpone your trip or obtain a refund in the form of a Travel Voucher (both without penalty).

Bangkok Airways Cancellation Policy (post COVID-19 Fee Waivers)

Bangkok Airways’ cancellation policy post-COVID-19 travel waivers will remain as before. You can cancel your Bangkok Airways flight and ask for a refund in the following conditions:

  • Bangkok Airways cancels your flight and you decide not to catch the alternative flight offered to you because it doesn’t suit you.
  • Bangkok Airways causes you to miss a connecting flight on which you hold a confirmed reservation (you can also opt for an alternative flight to your destination at no additional charge).
  • Bangkok Airways denies you boarding due to no fault of yours (in which case you will be entitled to compensation).
  • Bangkok Airways fails to stop at your destination.

  • The cancellation fee will be mentioned on your ticket.
  • If your ticket is non-refundable, only the unused part of the taxes will be refunded.
