It’s hard to avoid baggage fees on Frontier Airlines because of the company’s business model. However, there are a few ways to save money.

  1. Pay for your baggage upfront. The easiest way to reduce your Frontier Airlines baggage fees is to book your bags at checkout when purchasing your airfare. Frontier clearly states on its website that booking your baggage right away will save you money. Booking a bag at checkout can save you as much as USD 30 compared to booking it at the gate.
