Asiana Airlines HK check-in refers to flights departing from Hong Kong. Asiana Airlines HK check-in counters are located in Terminal 1 (E28 – E36). The counter hours of operation are:
• HK Airport Counters
For OZ 722 flights, the counters open at 10.10 and close at 12.00 hours local time. You must check in at least 50 minutes before your flight’s departure. For OZ 746 flights, the counters open at 22:00 and close at 23:40 (Local Time), and you must check in at least 50 minutes before your flight’s departure.
• HK In-Town Counters
The in-town counters open at 08.30 and close 90 minutes before flight departure.
• HK Ferry Terminal Counters
The ferry terminal counters open at 08:30 and close 90 minutes before departure.
Asiana Airlines check-in counters at Incheon Airport are located in Passenger Terminal 1 (International flights on the 3rd Floor).
The A-Zone, or the premium check-in zone, is for:
• Business Suite/Business Class, PLTM, DMPP passengers
• Asiana Diamond, Gold, and Star Alliance members
The C Zone is for Economy Class passengers, incl. passengers travelling on Economy Class to the United States, and for self-bag drops.
The hours of operation of the airport counters at Incheon Airport are as follows:
• Most of the airport counters open at 06.05 hours, but for the following flights the counters open at 05.00 hours: OZ 731/OZ 701/OZ 623/OZ 6233 (Ho Chi Minh/Manila/Saipan).
• The counters close 50 minutes before flight departure.
Asiana Airlines check-in counters in the UK are located at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal) on the 5th Floor. The check-in counters open 3 hours before departure (17.50 L) and close 50 minutes before departure (20.00 L). The boarding gates close 10 minutes before departure. Bear in mind that it’s a 15-minute walk from Gate A to Gate B.
To check in online in English, you will have to select your language to English either by clicking on the language option (English) .
If the preferred language option (English) does not appear on your screen, click on the country option appearing on the top right part of your screen, select English from the dropdown box, and then on the Apply button.
Asiana Airlines check-in policy allows most passengers to check in for their flights online, with the mobile app, via auto check-in after registering for it, via city check-in at Seoul, at an airport kiosk, and at the airport counter. To avoid a last-minute rush, reach the airport counter no less than 2 hours prior to departure for an international flight.
If you’re flying on a U.S. route, you can check in online or with the mobile app from 24 hours to 1 hour before departure. For other international flights, you can check in from 48 hours to 1 hour before departure. If you’re checking in online or with the mobile app, Asiana Airlines international check-in time is 24 hours to 1 hour before departure for U.S. routes and 48 hours to 1 hour before departure for most other international flights.

Asiana Airlines online check-in time at the Philippines is 48 hours to 1 hour before your flight’s scheduled departure time. However, if you’re catching a flight to the United States, the check-in time will likely be 24 hours to 1 hour before departure.
